Buklan for Development visits the Royal Scientific Society and meets with Engineer Ruba Ajor (Head of the Climate Change Studies Department) and Engineer Abdul Ghani Arab (Climate Change Studies Specialist) to discuss ways to engage youth in climate action and raise their awareness regarding climate change issues. Various cooperation mechanisms related to this matter were discussed.
Buklan for Development met with His Excellency Dr. Hamza Al-Hawamdeh, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Environment and Climate in the House of Representatives, as part of the preparations for joint efforts in the environmental sector. The discussion focused on enhancing environmental awareness and developing strategies to adapt to climate change.
"Conflict Analysis and Peacebuilding Project"
Buklan aims to equip university students with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze conflicts and actively contribute to fostering a culture of peace in their communities. The project seeks to:
- Raise awareness among university students about the concept of conflict, its stages, and different levels.
- Provide participants with the ability to choose the appropriate analytical tools for different types of conflicts.
- Introduce youth to the United Nations resolution on "Youth, Peace, and Security."
- Explain how to establish a peace framework and implement positive practices to enhance social cohesion.
- Familiarize participants with the Arab Strategy for Youth, Peace, and Security.

The Youth Advisory Committee for Climate Action at Beklan holds its first meeting to discuss the program plan for 2025.
Beklan for Development participated in an event organized by Milan Landscape Company, focusing on climate change, returning to nature, and using artificial intelligence for sustainable solutions. The event was held at the University of Jordan with the participation of institutions such as Dibeen for Environmental Development and the University of Jordan. The organization was represented by engineers Nour Al-Maflahi, Enas Al-Shnikat, and Mohammad Abu Zineh, where Engineer Nour spoke about COP29 and its role in addressing climate change.
Beklan participates in the interactive discussion session on the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) and climate action, organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the Royal Scientific Society and the Ministry of Environment, with support from the project "Enhancing Youth Participation in Reviewing NDCs and National Climate Policies."

As part of the annual national campaign to combat violence against women and girls (the 16 Days Campaign) under the slogan: "Together to reduce violence against women and girls in peace and war," Beklan for Development, in collaboration with the Jerash Charity Women's Association and the BlaBla Language Exchange - Jordan organization, held a training workshop on combating violence. The workshop targeted a group of women and girls in Jerash Governorate to enhance awareness and build the capacity to address violence and achieve a more just and secure society.
